I do write but I write novels... strange as it seems I can never get to finish my novels... my ideas stop coming everytime i'm almost to at the end of the novel or when I reach the middle.

Why am I'm not suprised.

So do I. Most of my songs are dance-oriented mixes and of course J-Pop as well, but I've been like that since I was born, really. Never was much interested in the North American Music Industry. Plus, Japanese lyrics tend to have more meaning and much more flexibility. Japanese people put more effort into it in general, and some don't really - but at least they tried. Unlike North America, shame shame shame shame shame.

Rap to me, and a few of my other friends - we all basically admit that rap shouldn't really be declared as music. Where's the singing talent, obviously?
